    • Comprehensive assessment of psychological and socio-emotional functioning to accurately diagnose or clarify multiple diagnoses.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give private pay clients an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You can also ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • Dr. Sobel complies with this legislation and will provide a Good Faith Estimate for all services provided.
